HIGGINS Paul and Tracy (nee McLaughlin) are delighted to announce the birth of their daughter, ]Amelie Marie, on 11th April, 2012, at Princess Royal Maternity Hospital, Glasgow. A sister for Hope, a second granddaughter for Mr and Mrs Daniel McLaughlin, Fairlie, Ayrshire, and a fourth grandchild for Dr Mary Higgins and the late Dr John Higgins, Stirling.
